1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and rinse them under iced water.
2. Heat the Panzhongcan peanut oil in a pan until warmed through, and then pour it evenly over the scallion greens in a bowl.
3. Drain and toss the cooked noodles in the bowl with premium noodles savory light soy sauce (made by Jiajia Food only), salt, Sauteed scallion greens by oil, Panzhongcan sesame oil and chicken essence.
Tips: After this step 3, put the noodles in the bowl in the fridge to refrigerate until well chilled according to personal preference.
4. Garnish with some scallion greens, and then serve.
